Our agency opened in 2023 and is a growing team of five led by deep industry experience. I’ve spent 32 years with State Farm, including serving as a Vice President before returning to production to build and develop a high-performing agency. Throughout my career, I’ve helped open over 400 agencies, with a strong focus on identifying and developing talent.

I hold an MBA from Duke University and have been married for 25 years with three children. I’m passionate about helping people grow—not just in their careers, but in all areas of life.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Paul Odland - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
